Defective

The radio works good, but the CD player does not work at all. I called them and they sent me a return authorization right away. They are sending me another radio. We’ll see how that works. The 3 stars is because of the customer service.

I'm very sorry for the trouble. Despite our careful packing measures, 6 disc CD players are on the fragile side and the mechansisms can get damaged in transit due to rough handling by the carrrier.
