It does have CD controls to operate an external CD device. This item is a late model Chrysler and Jeep round faced AM FM CD upgraded with auxiliary jack right on the face for use with iPod, mp3, satellite radio, and more, fully featured RBB option code part number P56038588AJ. This radio has the new style 22-10 pin Chrysler plugs and blue display. Operation of the iPod jack is a snap, just plug your accessory in and you will be listening to it through all of your car speakers. Use the volume control on the radio as you usually would, same with the bass, treble, fader , and balance. Press the clock button and you have clock display. The aux has no effect on the operation of the factory radio controls, just operate it as you always did. This radio also has the steering wheel control feature.
