When I first noticed my radio not working for 12 to 15 minutes after it was turned on, I knew it was a bad capacitor in the audio section as the it affected the radio and the CD playback. Looking for a local repair shop in DALLAS and not finding one, I found Factory Radio. They went above and beyond to be sure I would get the correct radio for my vehicle. Their only draw back was no one would come to Dallas to take of the plastic bezel surrounding the radio itself. When I opened the box, I expected a scratch or worn knobs. NOPE. It looked brand new.
Worked like a charm and all checked out before I replaced that pesky plastic bezel. Only draw back was it was a FEDEX return and there are not a lot of brick and mortar locations left. Many drop box, outside, but they do not provide a receipt of acceptance.
