The associate that I spoke to on the phone before I placed the order online was very helpful with telling me about the radio and what I could expect. After I placed the order, I received an email within an hour informing me that it had shipped and included a tracking number. I received the radio on the West Coast on the seventh day...free shipping. The packaging was great and the radio was well protected. I installed it, went to the local Chrysler dealer to get the security code (free), entered the code and everything worked as it should. It's always good when your get great service and things work out well the first time!
