Everything went as well as could be expected. Product functioned as described. Easy swap out and they included return documents to return the core for additional credit. Good purchase. Hard to drive a work vehicle without a stereo.

Radio in 2011 Silverado had problems with the CD. No one to repair. Could not order new one from Chevy. Found 1 Factory Radio website and ordered the exact replacement radio w/bluetooth upgrade. Received it a couple weeks ago. Got time to install today. About a 20 minute job. Operates and sounds perfect. All functions correct. No need to go to dealer to have it flashed or synced to truck. A couple quick phone calls to these folks today as I started install to confirm a couple details. Very pleased. Thank you very much 1 Factory Radio. Great company to deal with. CC

The radio arrived packaged well and the instructions were clear, we removed the old one and connected the new one from 1 FACTORY RADIO it was unlocked, and we have had NO PROBLEMS! EXCELLENT COMPANY WITH EXCELLENT MERCHANDISE i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

good factory replacement with Bluetooth upgrade.
Everything works good, except I did have to visit the dealer and spend $130.00 to get the radio reprogrammed for my 2012 Chevy Suburban. The volume and chimes were really loud when I plugged it in. The Bluetooth stopped working after a couple weeks so I disconnected and reconnected the battery and it works fine now. Hopefully it was a one time thing.
