This is a professionally remanufactured 2005-2007 Buick Terraza AM FM Radio CD Player with Programmable Equalizer. This radio has been cleaned, serviced as needed, and thoroughly checked. The appearance of this radio is in decent condition with minor wear on the surface and display as pictured. The function is perfect! This radio is being sold as a REPLACEMENT ONLY! The part number is 15286299. If you do not have this exact part number or compatible part number currently in your vehicle, it will likely NOT WORK. If you are unsure of your part number, give a dealer a call with your VIN and they should be able to provide you with the correct part number. They may look the same and have the same plugs but data streams may be different, not allowing them to code. For example, external amps are used in some cars and will not allow interchange, etc.

Replacement radio for Bette the Buick

I ordered this specific radio because it had the same part number as the radio being replaced. Replacing the original radio with one that had the same OEM part number was done so there would not be any "lock" problems after installing the new radio. Unfortunately, as soon as the new radio was powered up it immediately locked. That meant having to find a GM dealer to have the radio unlocked.

After about 1/2 dozen calls, i found a local GM dealer who unlocked the radio for a very reasonable fee. I contacted 1 Factory Radio to tell them about my experience with the replacement radio. The fact that the new radio went into "lock" mode was not the fault of 1 Factory Radio ..... it happened most likely because the radio was without power for a sustained period of time (per the GM dealer).

I asked 1 Factory Radio if they would consider reimbursing me for the unlock service rather than having me have to return the radio to them.... and they agreed to do so.

I would certainly do business with them again in the future.
