perfect replacement

Perfect fit Looks and operates exactly like the OEM Radio that went bad. Sounds great and has the added AUX input which I was looking for. Only took 5 min to install.

2004 Dodge Ram 3500 RBK radio/CD player

Product fits as advertised, connectors are the same. Radio & CD player work fine, except the CD player makes a repetitive sound that is consistent with something rubbing on a moving part- it is not through the speakers as I can hear it whether the volume is turned all the way down or is playing music. The outer metal box frame was rusted in spots- obviously this unit came from another vehicle. The face plate was in very good condition. The "Aux." jack that was added works perfectly so far with my MP3 player. The On/Off function does not work! The volume knob can be pushed in (normally Off), or protruding (normally On). The unit does turn off with the ignition key, so I don't have to worry about battery drain, but it is a flaw.

Kept Factory look and added ability to manually connect phone

I was looking to replace my factory radio with the same factory look, but being able to add the manual aux jack for connecting my phone was an added plus!

Plug n play, what l ordered , received, installed and now playing.

Although l did my research ahead of time assuring my order was compatible with the new radio, it was a pleasant surprise when l received an company employee s email asking for my vin # or radios part number to assure proper fit and operation. Post review of the existing part information, l was assured that my order was properly ordered. Although only a little longer than a week, all is operational and with a follow up company inquiry- thank you for caring.

exactly what l was looking for: replacrd my stock with an upgrade feature

Although the radio is fine l am more impressed with the pre order inquiries from the staff to assure my radio was specific to my truck. Easy install and working - l did not want to custom fabricate the dash - this fit as OME - plug n play
