This radio DOES NOT have the airbag light so it will only work in the 2000 to 2003 models, if you need the newer radio check our store we do have them. All heater controls and knobs are included as pictured. If you need the removal tools, they are available upon request. This radio has been serviced and comes with a 90 day warranty. If you have a defect, here is your replacement for peanuts! Appearance, and function are excellent. No codes required. Please note that if you are installing this into a 2000 Taurus, you will likely need to swap the Heat/AC controls.
